ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TICKET HOLDERS

Firstly, we would like to sincerely thank you for retaining your tickets in our system for the Redcliffe Oktoberfest.

A big investment

Beam Entertainment firstly needs to thank our major sponsor for their huge ongoing investment in our event. Without New Eye Company's involvement, none of this would be possible.

The total investment thus far is nearing $35,000 (not counting the manhours to date) and we are not going to let our event on this date go without a fight.

Event will go ahead

We are happy to announce that a 1 day Redcliffe Oktoberfest event is going ahead as planned. We have enough tickets pre-sold to guarantee our Redcliffe Oktoberfest event can go ahead on Saturday 2nd October 2021.

We have in place the proper Covid Safety checklists and operational plans to look after the health and safety of our patrons, performers and staff.

Entertainment, venue, food and drinks menus, and event times (Sat 2nd October 11am - 9pm) will remain largely untouched, and we are looking forward to you coming along and participating in what will be a fun and ongoing celebration of the Oktoberfest in Redcliffe.

Presale ticket release

Provided there if no changes to restrictions, a second presale ticket release is anticipated by the middle of September. We have the capacity to extend further into our outdoor precinct.

However, if the current restrictions from our CMO in Queensland change in the lead up to our event, we are obligated to respond appropriately.

If this means we are able to continue with the event, then we will.

If this means we have to cancel the event, then we have to.
