How do I get a stall?

Download the application form from the website.
Complete the form with as much detailed information as possible including photos and insurances.
We have a 7-10 day turnaround time for all new applications.
If you are unsuccessful you will be placed on a short term waiting list and we will contact, you when an option for you trade is made available.

Can anyone apply for a stall?

Yes. Everyone is welcome to apply including youth and charitable organisations.

How often must I attend?

We have sites to suit every need and you are welcome to attend casually or permanently once the application process is complete. We have a strict booking process which will be outlined through correspondence with our office before you attend.

How do we know where to set up?

We will communicate with you in writing once you have been accepted and we have established a start date.
You will be provided with a full induction pack which will outline all of the relevant information you will require for your first attendance.
Please read all of this information carefully as it will include all of the answers to your what when and how questions.
We will also include the relevant safety information and bump in and out times.

How much does a site cost?

We have a massive range of size sites and prices to suit.
They generally range from $15 to $100 depending on your requirements and what your selling.
For example, a food site has a different fee structure to a craft site.

Do we have to have our own Equipment and Insurance?

Most stall holders have their own equipment and insurance.
If you are just starting out or want to use our we do hire all necessary equipment fees and charges apply.
We can underwrite on our insurance policy however fees and charges also apply.

How often are the markets on and what times to you trade?

We trade almost every Sunday throughout the year.
Official trading times are 8am – 2pm.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes, we are animal friendly however please be mindful of the weather as the bitumen gets very hot for little paws.
All council by laws must also be followed including cleaning up after your pets.

How do I add the BEAM Lite app to my phone?

The BEAM Lite app is installed from your browser.
On Android phones, a pop-up will ask if you want Beam Lite to be added to your Home screen.
This allows you to view any pages that you’ve already visited even when you aren’t connected to the internet.
You will also receive notifications on your selected topics of interest e.g. “Organics”.
If you use an iPhone and do not see the pop-up, just tap the “Share” icon at the bottom of your screen (the square with an up arrow). Then tap “Add to Home Screen”, tap “Add” in the top-right corner to add the icon to your home screen.
If you ignore the pop-up on your Android phone we won’t bug you again.
If you decide you do want to add BEAM Lite to your Home screen, with the website open in your browser, tap the 3 dots (your browser menu icon), tap “Add to Home screen” and follow the prompts.
Like all websites, the Beam Entertainment website and BEAM Lite are automatically updated, so BEAM Lite doesn’t need to be updated from the App Store or from Google Play.
You may have come across other “Lite” apps e.g. Twitter Lite. here are five of the top advantages in using “Lite” apps.

  4. They use a fraction of the space on your phone that traditional apps do.
  5. They do pretty much everything else that traditional apps do but without the hassles of keeping them up to date.
